Gift has over four years of experience conducting environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA) for local and international development projects in Zambia for various sectors, including hydropower, dams, agriculture, mining, roads, construction, and manufacturing. Ivwananji’s academic background includes an international bachelor’s degree in Ecology and Natural Resource Management from the renowned Russian State Geological Prospecting University in the Russian Federation. She is pursuing a master’s in Climate Change and Global Sustainability at the National Institute of Public Administration in Zambia.
